Our hospital is open Monday to Thursday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Friday from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. The clinic is closed on Saturday & Sunday.

4. Can I make payments for services rendered?
Payment is required at the time of service. If you would like to arrange financing, we work with Care Credit, which offers finance plans for medical procedures.
5. At what age should I have my pet spayed or neutered?
Spaying or neutering can be done at approximately 6 months of age. Your pet is examined prior to surgery to ensure that he/she is healthy enough to undergo the surgical procedure. Current vaccinations are required at the time of surgery. In addition, a pre-anesthetic blood screen is recommended prior to undergoing anesthesia and surgery.
6. What is the pre-anesthetic blood screening?
A pre-anesthetic blood screen is comprised of blood tests that are performed in the clinic prior to surgery. It tests the organ functions, blood counts, and electrolyte levels of your pet. The pre-anesthetic blood screen is done to assure safety during surgery and the ability to heal following surgery. It is recommended for all patients, but mandatory for those aged 5+.
7. How long do the sutures stay in after my pet's surgery?
In most cases, sutures must be removed 10-12 days following the surgery.
8. Is it a good idea to let my pet have at least one litter?
No, there is no advantage to letting your pet have a litter. However, there are plenty of advantages to having your pet spayed or neutered. These advantages include decreasing your pet's desire to roam the neighborhood, helping to prevent spraying and marking, and also reducing the number of unwanted puppies and kittens. In addition, having your pet spayed or neutered can help to decrease the chances later in life of developing breast tumors, cystic ovaries and uterine infections, and prostate cancer.
9. Do you board or groom pets?
No, We do not offer boarding. We do not offer grooming unless it is medically necessary.
